Revision Editing offers two tiers of editing services targeted to applicants applying to business school. Applicants are expected to begin with a rough draft of their personal essay(s), and to be willing to revise their essays based on the editor's advice. As with all legitimate writing help, our editors offer extensive advice, but they will not write your personal essay(s) for you.

We consider the "Goals" essay to be the primary personal essay for business school admissions. This essay should use past achievements as evidence to support key claims about your future goals. It should demonstrate a good balance of interesting stories showing off your abilities and talents, as well as a unified argument that clearly markets you to MBA programs. Finally, it should have an interesting style that makes it a pleasure for the admissions committee members to read.

Applicants may choose the “Standard Editing Package” for $199 or the “Intense Editing Package” for $299. The “Standard Editing” option returns the "Goals" personal essay within three business days, including copy-editing and comprehensive commentary with detailed advice for improvement, as well as final polishing. The “Intense Editing” option returns the "Goals" personal essay within three business days, including copy-editing and a comprehensive commentary with detailed advice for improvement; the applicant is then asked to revise the statement based on the commentary, and resubmit it for another round of editing with commentary and final polishing.

We also offer editing services for the secondary essays you are asked to write for each business school to which you apply. Editing for the secondary essays for each particular school is $250 for as many rounds of editing as you need on each essay. We work hard to ensure that all your essays for each particular school support each other and show off the full range of your talents and creative potential.
